About us - Johnson Net Lease

Nolan founded Johnson Net Lease in 2021 to fill a need in the market he felt was being underserved. He felt many companies weren’t aware how sale-leasebacks can provide, in many cases, a superior form of capital when compared to debt/equity. After seeing firsthand the results his clients were achieving in growing/expanding their business or increasing return metrics in sponsored acquisitions, he felt he found a niche where he could help the most people win.

In his spare time, Nolan likes lifting weights, snowboarding, fly fishing, and spending time with friends/family.

Trevin joined Johnson Net Lease in March, 2023 as an Associate Broker specializing in single/multi-tenant retail investment sales. Previously, Trevin was in residential real estate acquisitions but quickly realized commercial real estate was his calling. Trevin takes pride in finding off-market deals for his clients and providing value every step of the way.

In his spare time, Trevin likes lifting weights, cooking, and being around family/friends.
